Causes of the Hair Loss

One of the commAndrogenetic alopeciaon types of hair loss in women is known as the androgenetic alopecia. This is due to hormonal levels in the body. It has genetic predisposition that is it is inherited from mother or father. Mostly affects women who are over age of forty. Caused due to chemical dihydrotestosterone, or DHT, which is in androgen hormone, and in it there is enzyme 5-alpha reductase. This causes hair loss to some 13 percent of women before menopause and after menopause some 65-75 per cent women experience hair fall because of it, as showed in the research. As there is more production of DHT which causes hair follicles to make hair thinner and more thinner such that eventually it may even pack up, though completely. Though in case of women its not completely but over the top or sides of the head. And there is receding oAlopecia Areataf the hairline.
One another cause of hair fall to some two percent of the population is the Alopecia Areata. This is autoimmune disease, in which hair follicles get attacked by the white blood cells. Which in turn makes follicles smalls and dramatically hair production becomes slow which could last for months to years where there is no visible hair growth. After some time hair may grow, or grow in patches or not grow at all. Hair follicles are known to be alive and even can be made to work again but how is what we don’t know yet.
